The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, fixing up in a couple of places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no complaints about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole great deal.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, but it's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much in the furniture, etc.
